Short answer

Real Extent is worth evaluating for agents whose buyer follow-ups live in email. Its fit depends on whether reviewing prepared replies takes less effort than managing the same conversations manually. An agent already committed to another CRM should check the handoff before adding a second place to maintain leads.

Evidence and review scope

This review follows new submission #578. We checked the official product page, pricing and privacy policy on November 2, 2026. We did not connect an inbox, join the pilot, send messages or test safety controls. This is documentation research; ratings are withheld. No affiliate destination is configured.

What the product documents

The product prepares email replies, follow-ups and calendar actions, with sending initially awaiting approval. It includes a lightweight CRM, but the site says external CRMs do not sync directly and MLS access is not available. Treat those as meaningful workflow boundaries rather than assuming a full brokerage-platform replacement.

The seven-day, no-card pilot is limited to five approved agents. Requesting access does not establish immediate availability. The free template tool is separate from access to the connected assistant.

Pricing and the unit that matters

Published monthly USD prices are Starter $19, Pro $49 and Team from $99 for up to five members. Starter includes 2,000 assistant actions; Pro includes 6,000. The pricing page counts drafted or sent messages and saved records as actions, while rejected suggestions do not count. AI is included; exhausted AI allowance switches to simpler rules rather than extra charges.

Ask how the action and AI allowances interact for your actual workload. A hypothetical week with many drafted replies and saved notes can consume several action types for one lead. Do not estimate capacity by treating one lead as one action. Confirm limits at checkout.

Inbox access requires a concrete decision

The policy describes cloud processing, stored email metadata and summaries, and on-demand retrieval of full email bodies. Disconnecting an integration removes credentials but does not automatically remove previously saved workspace information. Review the retention and deletion process before connecting client conversations.

Our recommendation is to begin with the smallest permitted account scope and keep approval enabled throughout the evaluation. A policy statement is documentation of intended handling, not an independent security audit.

Proposed five-conversation pilot

Prepare five permitted test conversations: a new inquiry, a changed appointment, an unclear property fact, a stopped follow-up and an already answered lead. Write the expected next action before asking the assistant. A draft should ask for a missing fact rather than manufacture availability or promise an appointment.

Check recipients, property details, dates and the actual send state. Then change one permission and confirm that the intended action still requires approval. Record review time and corrections beside a manual baseline. This is a proposed acceptance test, not one we ran.

Verdict and alternatives

Shortlist Real Extent for a supervised email workflow that can use its built-in CRM. Keep your current CRM if maintaining two records adds more work than the drafts remove. A reusable reply template may be enough when inquiry volume is modest.

Use the email approval checklist, inspect the tool profile, and compare total review effort in the buyer matrix.
